Proactive monitoring services definition

Proactive monitoring services means the following services if you offer to provide them to “potentially-identified persons” who contact our Designated Service Provider:
Proactive monitoring services means a credit report, credit monitoring, and/or fraud monitoring service or services that you offer to provide to the “potentially identified persons”.
Proactive monitoring services means one year of "credit monitoring services", "Fraud/Public records monitoring services" and/or other form of identity related monitoring services provided to each "impacted individual", but only if such individual actually enrolls for and redeems such services. This endorsement does not cover any expenses related to or arising out of "Proactive Monitoring Services" where an "impacted individual" has not enrolled for and redeemed such services.
