Private garden definition

Private garden means a private food-producing garden that is accessory to the primary use of the site and which is located in the front yard, side yard, rear yard, rooftop, courtyard, balcony, fence, wall, window sill or basement.
Private garden means any garden, planting, or alteration to landscaping installed by an owner/resident in a common area.
Private garden means land, garden, lawn or grassed area used in relation to residential purposes, industrial, commercial or farming activities, hospitals and aged care facilities, schools, college, university and research facilities, cemetery or crematorium including any like area adjacent to a private garden, excluding sports ground contained within such.
