Private sewage disposal system definition

Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.
Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than 16 individuals on a continuing basis. This includes domestic waste, whether residential or nonresidential, but does not include industrial waste of any flow rate.

Private sewage disposal system means all equipment and devices necessary for proper conduction, collection, storage, treatment and disposal of sewage from a dwelling or other facility serving the equivalent of fifteen (15) persons or less and including building sewers, septic tanks, absorption fields, leaching or seepage pits, privy vaults and subsurface sand filters.
