Private Roads definition

Private Roads means Lateral Access Roads and the Company's access roads within a Railway Corridor;
Private Roads means the roads referred to in subclause (1) of Clause 11 and any other roads constructed by the Company in accordance with an approved proposal or agreed by the parties to be a private road for the purposes of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Private Roads

Private Roads means all roads which are not maintained by the County of Humboldt, or State or Federal Agencies.
