Research Facilities definition

Research Facilities means any building, or part of a building, structure, facility, site or other interest in real estate used in connection with the conduct or operation of an educational institution for research by faculty, students or staff of that institution.
Research Facilities means the locations at which each phase of the Project will be performed by the Parties as described in Annexure “A” hereto.
Research Facilities means research reports, research communications, research dialogues, sales ideas, research commentary, research portals and any and all information platforms or access to research specialists which we will send or make available to you in whatever form or format on a periodic or ad hoc basis, as we see fit.
