Prime Contractor System definition

Prime Contractor System means any such electronic or hard copy system/process utilised in the delivery of the Services and that is used to transfer, disclose, receive or store Contracting Body Data including, but not limited to, any web enabled system, database, electronic media, e-mail or hard copy system
Prime Contractor System means the information and communications technology systems used by the Prime Contractor in providing the Services but excludes any information and communications technology systems used by the Authority or the PTS Provider which interface with the systems of the Prime Contractor.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM This “Status Verification System” requirement, also referred to as “E-Verify”, only applies to contracts issued through a Request for Proposal process and to sole sources that are included within a Request for Proposal.
