Primary Hangar Location definition

Primary Hangar Location means the hangar location identified on Schedule 2. Prospective International Interest has the meaning provided thereto in the Cape Town Treaty Prospective Sale has the meaning provided thereto in the Cape Town Treaty.

Primary Hangar Location means the location identified as such on Schedule No. 1 hereto.

  • Lessee will not remove the Aircraft, or permit the Aircraft to be removed, from its designated Primary Hangar Location for a period in excess of thirty (30) days without Lessor’s prior written consent.

  • Throughout the Term, possession, use and maintenance of the Aircraft will be at the sole risk and expense of Lessee and the Aircraft will be based at the Primary Hangar Location set forth in Schedule 2.

  • Throughout the Term, the possession, use and maintenance of the Aircraft shall be at the sole risk and expense of Lessee and the Aircraft shall be based at the Primary Hangar Location set forth in Schedule No. 2 to Lease Supplement No. 1.

More Definitions of Primary Hangar Location

Primary Hangar Location means the hanger located at the Grantor’s headquarters in Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx.
Primary Hangar Location means, with respect to an Aircraft, (i) such hangar location in the State of Registration for such Aircraft as shall have been notified to the Administrative Agent at the time such Aircraft became subject to the Loan Documents, (ii) if the State of Registration changes as permitted by the terms hereof with respect to such Aircraft, a hangar location in such State of Registration as shall be notified to the Administrative Agent promptly after such change or (iii) if the Aircraft is subject to a Permitted Short Term Relocation, a hangar location in the Permitted Short Term Jurisdiction as shall have been notified to the Administrative Agent promptly after the entry into of such Permitted Short Term Relocation.

Related to Primary Hangar Location

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor.
