Preventative Maintenance Charges definition

Preventative Maintenance Charges means standard and customary charges for preventative maintenance services rendered to You upon Covered Property including the cost of parts, Labor, travel, and taxes. This Agreement does not cover Preventative Maintenance Charges unless the coverage has been specifically purchased by You, as reflected on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment.
Preventative Maintenance Charges shall be specified in the Customer Purchase Order and shall include the cost of parts and Labor. All such fees and charges shall be in accordance with rates set forth in Appendix C to DIR-TSO-3478. This EMA does not cover Preventative Maintenance Charges unless the coverage has been specifically purchased by the Customer, as reflected on the Customer’s Purchase Order and Schedule of Covered Equipment.

Examples of Preventative Maintenance Charges in a sentence

  • If You have purchased coverage for Preventative Maintenance Charges, as reflected on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment, You agree that preventative maintenance services will be performed in compliance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specifications for the Covered Property and at the frequency defined on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment.

  • In order to receive reimbursement of Corrective Maintenance Charges or Preventative Maintenance Charges incurred as part of a covered Loss under this Agreement, You must report the Loss to Us in compliance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If Corrective Maintenance Charges or Preventative Maintenance Charges may exceed the Large Loss Notification Limit specified on the Supplemental Coverage Information Page of this Agreement, You must report the Loss to Our Engineering Support Hotline at 000-000-0000 prior to authorizing or commencing any service.

  • The total reimbursement for rental or loaner charges plus Corrective Maintenance Charges and Preventative Maintenance Charges shall not exceed the Actual Cash Value of the Covered Property at the time of Loss.

  • If You remove equipment from the Schedule of Covered Equipment or cancel this Agreement, We will only cover Preventative Maintenance Charges prorated over the period of time of the coverage.

  • If You have purchased coverage for Preventative Maintenance Charges, as reflected on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment, You agree that preventative maintenance services will be performed in compliance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specifications for the Covered Equipment and at the frequency defined on Your Schedule of Covered Equipment.

  • However, You must report the Loss to Us in compliance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement in order to receive reimbursement for Corrective Maintenance Charges or Preventative Maintenance Charges incurred as part of a covered Loss under this Agreement.

  • The total reimbursement for rental or loaner charges plus Corrective Maintenance Charges and Preventative Maintenance Charges shall not exceed the Actual Cash Value of the Covered Equipment at the time of Loss.

  • If Corrective Maintenance Charges or Preventative Maintenance Charges may exceed $7,500, the “Large Loss Notification Limit”, You must report the Loss to Our Engineering Support Hotline at 000-000-0000 prior to authorizing or commencing any repair service.

  • If you fail to notify Us of alteration of risk, which results in Loss under this Agreement, We reserve the right to deny You reimbursement for Corrective Maintenance Charges or Preventative Maintenance Charges.

Related to Preventative Maintenance Charges

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time—

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during business hours. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission of AIC.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. “Furniture Maintenance Product” does not include dusting aids, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning, and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
