Phase Substantial Completion Date definition

Phase Substantial Completion Date means, for any Phase, the date on which the Phase Substantial Completion with respect to such Phase occurred, determined in accordance with Section 15.4.

  • Landlord shall complete Punchlist Items after the applicable Phase Substantial Completion Date.

  • Any amount Contractor is obligated to pay to Owner under this Section 16.5 shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Article 30, and shall be due and payable on or after the applicable Phase Substantial Completion Date (or, as applicable, PV Power Plant Substantial Completion) but in any event within 30 days after Owner's invoice therefor.

  • Owner agrees that the liquidated damages set forth in this Section5.1.6 shall be the sole and exclusive damages recoverable by Owner as a result of Contractor’s failure to achieve Substantial Completion of each Phase by the applicable Phase Substantial Completion Date for each Phases as identified Section 4.3.2 above and/or Final Completion by the Final Completion Date.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
