PFM Service definition

PFM Service means the financial management service provided by a Third Party PFM Service provider, Yodlee, Inc., which may be accessed through Direct Services, that allows You to consolidate management of the Account with management of External Accounts or other financial information, assets, and liabilities outside the Financial Institution, linked to Direct Services through the PFM Service provider or input by You, and such other financial management services as may be offered from time to time by the PFM Service provider or the Financial Institution.
PFM Service means the PFM Foundation Service and the PFM Aggregation Service;
PFM Service refers to a service that allows you to use PFM Software to access the Online Service to make Xxxx Payments and Transfers, and access account information such as balance and transaction history.

  • Further, you agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the PFM Service technology, including, any Java applets associated with the PFM Service.

  • P&FM Service Contractor shall always provide the services through its fully trained and fully equipped officers, employees, agents and representatives.

  • That the terms of this contract have been read by the P&FM Service Contractor and fully understood by him/ them.

  • P&FM Service Contractor must perform the complete services (without any negligence) on timely basis using utmost and absolute skill, honesty, loyalty and due care and complying with all the provisions, rules and regulations under applicable laws..

  • You agree to protect and fully compensate the Credit Union and each Service Provider and their affiliates from any and all Third Party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) caused by or arising from your use of the PFM Service, your violation of these terms or any infringement, by you or any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.

PFM Service means the financial management service provided by a Third Party PFM Service provider, Yodlee, Inc., which may be accessed through Coast Online Banking for Small Business, that allows a Business Customer or a Signing Officer to consolidate management of the Account with management of External Accounts or other financial information, assets, and liabilities outside of CCS, linked to Coast Online Banking for Small Business through the PFM Service provider or input by the Business Customer or Signing Officer, and such other financial management services as may be offered from time to time by the PFM Service provider or CCS.
PFM Service means the financial management service provided by a Third Party PFM Service provider, which may be accessed through CWBdirect Enhanced, that allows you to consolidate management of the Account with management of External Accounts or other financial information, assets, and liabilities outside CWB, linked to CWBdirect Enhanced through the PFM Service provider or input by you, and such other financial management services as may be offered from time to time by the PFM Service provider or CWB;
