If, at any time, Interconnection Customer determines that the completion of Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, Interconnection Customer will provide written notice to Transmission Provider of such later date upon which the completion of Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities will be required.
If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

In-Service Date shall mean the date upon which the Interconnection Customer reasonably expects it will be ready to begin use of the Interconnection Customer shall mean any entity, including the Transmission Provider, Transmission Owner or any of the Affiliates or subsidiaries of either, that proposes to interconnect its Generating Facility with the Transmission Provider's Transmission System or Distribution System for the production of electricity to be sold for resale in the wholesale market.
In addition to the statewide In-Service Day, two days of professional leave with full pay may be authorized by the District for attending educational conferences, meetings, workshops and conducting educational observations.
