PFM Software definition

PFM Software means Personal Financial Management software, such as the Quicken® or QuickBooks® software, and other software we may identify from time to time on Our Website.
PFM Software means a Personal Financial Management Software (for example “Quicken ®” or “Microsoft ® Money”). Programme means a programme which supports the statement download process. RDFI otherwise known as the “Receiving Depository Financial Institution” means a participating financial institution that (1) receives Entries from the ACH Operator, on the instructions of an Originator and/or the ODFI”, for debit or credit to the accounts of Receivers and (2) is designated an RDFI in accordance with the Rules.
PFM Software means personal financial management software compatible with M&T Online Banking. By enrolling in or using DCS, you agree to be legally bound by this section as well as the other applicable terms of the M&T Digital Services Agreement. Please see Section A2 for more information.

Examples of PFM Software in a sentence

  • When you cancel the PFM Service, you will no longer be able to access any of your PFM Service features via your PFM Software.

  • If you use the PFM Software, the capitalized terms used in this Section or on our website may not be used by your PFM Software or may not correspond to the terms used by your PFM Software.

  • We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of PFM Software.

  • Customer is responsible for the correct set-up and installation of the PFM Software and use of the PFM Software according to any and all instructions or guidance provided.

  • Customer may, at its option and in its discretion, access certain Accounts and Bank information related thereto via PFM Software which Customer has purchased from a software manufacturer, or a retailer of Customer’s choice.

  • Your PFM Software may set different limits but we will not be responsible for payment Instructions that are rejected because they do not meet the limits described in the preceding sentence.

  • Customer may download information into your PFM Software from certain Accounts.

  • For customers making payments via your PFM Software, you may not receive an error message for duplicate payments.

  • The Bank may also add to, modify, or delete, or limit any feature of your ability to access Account and related Bank information via an interface through PFM Software, in its sole discretion from time to time.

  • Should you decide for any reason to reload your original PFM Software or to change PFM Software at any time after you have begun using the Online Service with your original PFM Software, you MUST (1) check to see if any Pending payments which you have ordered to be made remain outstanding, and (2) cancel any Pending payments prior to loading the new software.
