Permitted Equipment definition

Permitted Equipment means, with respect to a Site (a) equipment that (i) if this Site is an Existing Site as of the Effective Date, was located on such Sites as of the Effective Date and is described in the applicable Site Schedule (to the extent such Site Schedule has been prepared), or (ii) is described in an applicable Site Schedule; (b) is included in the definition of "One-Way Site", "Two-Way Site", "Link Transmitter Unit" or "Hot Standby Unit"; (c) does not cause any interference prohibited by Section 5(d); (d) does not occupy any additional space at the Site; and (e) is not otherwise prohibited by this Agreement.
Permitted Equipment. SECURITIZATION. An Equipment Securitization in respect of which:
Permitted Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(i).

Permitted Equipment means the telecommunications equipment of the Access Seeker which includes but is not limited to indoor and outdoor unit, antenna system and its related mechanical, electronic and electrical system;

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Permitted Real Property Encumbrances means (i) those liens, encumbrances and other matters affecting title to any Mortgaged Property listed in the applicable title policy in respect thereof (or any update thereto) and found, on the date of delivery of such title policy to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof, reasonably acceptable by the Administrative Agent, (ii) as to any particular real property at any time, such easements, encroachments, covenants, restrictions, rights of way, minor defects, irregularities or encumbrances on title which do not, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent, materially impair such real property for the purpose for which it is held by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, thereof, or the Lien held by the Administrative Agent, (iii) municipal and zoning laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, which are not violated in any material respect by the existing improvements and the present use made by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, of such real property, (iv) general real estate taxes and assessments not yet delinquent, and (v) such other items as the Administrative Agent may consent to.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
