Specified Equipment definition

Specified Equipment means the railway vehicles which the Train Operator is entitled to use in the provision of Services on the Network, as specified in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5;
Specified Equipment means the railway vehicles which the Train Operator is entitled to use in the provision of Services as specified in paragraph 5.1 of Schedule 5; "SPP Threshold" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 18 of Schedule 8; "Stabling" means the parking or laying up of the Specified Equipment or such other railway vehicles as the Train Operator is permitted by this contract to use on the Network, such parking or laying up being necessary or reasonably required for giving full effect to the movements of Specified Equipment required for the provision of the Services;
Specified Equipment has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 5;

Examples of Specified Equipment in a sentence

  • If the Train Operator makes an Access Proposal, or relies on a Rolled Over Access Proposal, to operate any of the Services specified in Table 2.1 using Specified Equipment that is not capable of achieving the Timing Load shown, then the rights will be treated as Contingent Rights for the purposes of Part D of the Network Code.


More Definitions of Specified Equipment

Specified Equipment means any rolling stock which:
Specified Equipment means railway vehicles registered for operation on the Network, and which the Train Operator is therefore permitted to use on the track comprised in the Facility, as more particularly described in Schedule 3;
Specified Equipment means, in relation to the Route, the railway vehicles to be used in the provision of the Services on that Route as specified in Schedule 5;
