Pedestrian Access Easements definition

Pedestrian Access Easements means those portions of the Subject Property shown on Drawing Z-2.1 and labeled as Pedestrian Access Easement Area.
Pedestrian Access Easements means and refer to those areas of land, as defined in Exhibit “B” hereto, where only foot traffic such as, walking, hiking or jogging, with no motorized vehicles of any make, shape, or kind whatsoever, shall be permitted or used thereon.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and
