Part-time Employment Period definition

Part-time Employment Period means the period of time which begins on the Part- time Employment Effective Date and ends on the first to occur of (i) the third anniversary of the Effective Date or, if later, the first anniversary of the Part-time Employment Effective Date, (ii) the termination by the Company of the Employee's Employment for Type I Cause or (iii) the death of the Employee.
Part-time Employment Period means the period of time commencing on the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the fourth anniversary of the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date or (b) the date on which this agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.
Part-time Employment Period means the period of time commencing on the Part-Time Employment Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the fourth anniversary of the Part-Time

Examples of Part-time Employment Period in a sentence

  • After the Termination Date has occurred and the Company has paid to the Employee all the applicable amounts Section 5 provides the Company will pay as a result of the termination of the Employee's Employment, including all amounts accruing during the Part-time Employment Period, if any, this Agreement will terminate and have no further force or effect, except that Sections 8, 9 and 10 will survive that termination indefinitely and Section 7 will survive for the period of time it specifies.

Related to Part-time Employment Period

  • Part-time employment means any employment or combination of one or more employments in a civil division in which an individual works fifty percent or less of the time prescribed as the standard work week by the governing body or other appropriate authority of the civil division or where the employee earns not more than one-half (1/2) of the rate assigned to the position if the position has been allocated to a graded salary schedule.

  • Post-Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.

  • Part-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work less than the basic hours of work.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Year of Employment means a period of service of 12 months.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Date of Employment means the first day an Employee performs an Hour of Service.

  • Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position but works less than full-time. A regular part-time employee is entitled to all benefits outlined in the agreement on a pro rata basis, except where otherwise specified.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.
