After the Termination Date has occurred and the Company has paid to the Employee all the applicable amounts Section 5 provides the Company will pay as a result of the termination of the Employee's Employment, including all amounts accruing during the Part-time Employment Period, if any, this Agreement will terminate and have no further force or effect, except that Sections 8, 9 and 10 will survive that termination indefinitely and Section 7 will survive for the period of time it specifies.
