Parking Units definition

Parking Units and “Parking Unit Owners” means those Units in the Project used for parking or the persons who are registered as “Owners” thereof;

Parking Units or "parking units" shall mean 227 Units on Levels A, B and C, inclusive which shall be used in accordance with the terms and provisions of the declaration, and the term "Parking Unit" or "parking unit" shall mean any one of them as the context indicates;

Parking Units means one or more condominiums upon which the Parking Facilities will be constructed.

More Definitions of Parking Units

Parking Units means the parking stalls separately titled as parking units in the Parkade;

Parking Units or "Parking Unit Owners" means those Units sold to a Residential Unit Owner or the Corporation by the Developer or the Corporation for the sole purpose of parking by Residential Unit Owners or Occupants or the Corporation, and the persons registered as Owners thereof;
