Park Home definition

Park Home and “Mobile Home” shall mean “caravan” as defined above.
Park Home means a vehicle of a prescribed class or description that is fitted or designed for habitation;

Park Home means a mobile home stationed on a pitch and occupied by the Occupier(s) as their only or main residence under the provision of the Mobile Homes Act 1983 and subsequent amendments.
