Examples of Parent Services in a sentence

  • The Parent Services Manager shall work with the personnel of the Parent Entities to periodically address issues and matters raised by SpinCo relating to this Agreement.

  • The cost shall be applicable to the activity based on the pricing set forth in the Schedules or, if the applicable activity is not included in the Schedules, a cost model similar to the closest comparable Parent Service(s) provided hereunder.

  • Such transition assistance may include providing information regarding the specific Parent Services being provided and the systems, software and data formats and data organization being used for the Parent Services, coordination and other reasonable assistance with test runs of replacement systems and processes and other reasonable access to relevant information.

Related to Parent Services

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other customary cash management arrangements.
