Equivalent Services definition

Equivalent Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 6.3;

Equivalent Services means services which the Supplier can supply which are the same or similar to the Services;

Equivalent Services has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.3 of Schedule 11 (Benchmarking).

Examples of Equivalent Services in a sentence

• Where NBN Co makes an SS Product Release, it will publish a public White Paper which outlines how the NBN can be used to provide the SS Equivalent Services.

• In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of Equivalent Services, the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and the Other Contracting Body’s ability to award Call Off Agreements for Services pursuant to this Framework Agreement.

Equivalent Services means Vehicle Hire Services which the Supplier can supply which are the same or similar to the Services;

Equivalent Services means: (i) services that are reasonably equivalent to the Data Center and Managed Services; (ii) services that are performed with respect to software and equipment that are reasonably equivalent to the Data Center and Managed Services Software and Equipment; and (iii) services that are performed at a facility in North America that is equivalent to the Vendor Facility in North America at which the Data Center and Managed Services are performed.
