PalmSource Business definition

PalmSource Business means the design, development, marketing and licensing of operating system platforms, basic applications, developer tools and other software products complementary to such platforms for mobile and handheld devices and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any terminated, divested or discontinued businesses or operations that at the time of termination, divestiture or discontinuation primarily related to the PalmSource Business as then conducted.
PalmSource Business means the business and operations of PalmSource, a PalmSource Affiliate, or an International JV (including the licensing activities of any of them), including the design, development, marketing, licensing, manufacture, maintenance, installation, repair or sale of any operating system (“OS”) platforms, OS software, software applications, developer tools, any other software products, services, and accessories.
PalmSource Business has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 of the Separation Agreement.
