Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.
Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.
Owner-occupied means property that is the principal
Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Notes Mortgage.
the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
Tenant’s Property means Tenant's movable fixtures and movable partitions, telephone and other equipment, furniture, furnishings, decorations and other items of personal property.
Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).
Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.
Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.
Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;
Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.
Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.
Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.
Lessor Liens means Liens on or against the Leased Property or any portion thereof, the Lease or any payment of Rent (i) which result from any act of, or any Claim against, the Lessor unrelated to the exercise of Lessor's rights under the Operative Documents or (ii) which result from any Tax owed by the Lessor, except any Tax for which the Lessee is obligated to indemnify the Lessor.
the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
School premises means either of the following:
Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.
Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.
Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.
