Owner Directive definition

Owner Directive shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.7.
Owner Directive is defined in Section 8.5.
Owner Directive means a written notice by Owner directing the Contractor to either increase, decrease, alter, reschedule or clarify the Work. Owner Directives may or may not involve a Change. Owner Directives shall be processed and determined in accordance with Section 13.3.
