Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.
Retained Names and Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

Tradenames means all telephone exchanges and numbers, trade names, trade styles, trade marks, and other identifying material, and all variations thereof, together with all related goodwill (it being understood and agreed that the name of the hotel chain to which the Hotel is affiliated by franchise, license or management agreement is a protected name or registered service xxxx of such hotel chain and cannot be transferred to Buyer by this Contract, provided that all such franchise, license, management and other agreements granting a right to use the name of such hotel chain or any other trademark or trade name and all waivers of any brand standard shall be assigned to Buyer.
Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.
Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;
Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).
Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
Company Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all of the Registered Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Transferred Trademarks means all Trademarks used in or held for use in, or arising from the Transferred Business and owned by Transferor or its Subsidiaries other than Trademarks bearing the “International Paper” or “IP” names or logos.
Marks means any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, taglines, company names, and logos, including unregistered and common-law rights in the foregoing, and rights under registrations of and applications to register the foregoing.
Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.
Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.
Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;
Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.
Business IP means all Intellectual Property Rights and Intellectual Property necessary for, primarily used in or primarily held for use in the conduct of the Business as currently conducted by Seller.
Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.
Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.
Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.
Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).
Trademark Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensor or licensee and providing for the grant of any right concerning any Trademark, together with any goodwill connected with and symbolized by any such trademark licenses, contracts or agreements and the right to prepare for sale or lease and sell or lease any and all Inventory now or hereafter owned by any Grantor and now or hereafter covered by such licenses (including, without limitation, all Trademark Licenses described in Schedule II hereto).
