Product Trademarks definition

Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).
Product Trademarks means all proprietary names or designations, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand names, including registrations and applications for registration therefor (and all renewals, modifications, and extensions thereof) and all common law rights, and the goodwill symbolized thereby and associated therewith, for a Product.
Product Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, accompanying logos, trade dress and indicia of origin used in connection with the distribution, marketing, Promotion and sale of each Licensed Product in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, the term Product Trademarks shall not include the corporate names and logos of either Party and shall include any internet domain names incorporating such Product Trademarks.

Examples of Product Trademarks in a sentence

  • As between Sanofi and Licensee, Licensee shall have the sole right to determine and own the Product Trademarks to be used with respect to the Exploitation of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory.

  • All costs and expenses of registering, prosecuting, and maintaining the Product Trademarks shall be borne solely by Licensee.

Product Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or logos used specifically for, or for which registration is applied for or issued specifically with respect to, any Licensed Products at any time in connection with the use, development, promotion, marketing, distribution, offer for sale, or sale of such Licensed Products, including but not limited to any and all rights to the foregoing existing solely under common law, statute, or similar bases not requiring explicit government notice or registration.

Product Trademarks specifically excludes the corporate names and logos of the Parties and their Related Parties.
Product Trademarks means any trademarks and trade names, whether or not registered, and any trademark applications, renewals, extensions or modifications thereto in the Territory together with all goodwill associated therewith, trade dress and packaging which are applied to or used with Products, and any promotional materials relating thereto.
