Trademark Licenses definition

Trademark Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensor or licensee and providing for the grant of any right concerning any Trademark, together with any goodwill connected with and symbolized by any such trademark licenses, contracts or agreements and the right to prepare for sale or lease and sell or lease any and all Inventory now or hereafter owned by any Grantor and now or hereafter covered by such licenses (including, without limitation, all Trademark Licenses described in Schedule II hereto).
Trademark Licenses means any and all agreements, licenses and covenants providing for the granting of any right in or to any Trademark or otherwise providing for a covenant not to xxx for infringement dilution or other violation of any Trademark or permitting co-existence with respect to a Trademark (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including, without limitation, each agreement required to be listed in Schedule 5.2(II) under the heading “Trademark Licenses” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
Trademark Licenses means, collectively, each agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right to use any Trademark, including any of the foregoing referred to in Schedule 5.

Examples of Trademark Licenses in a sentence

  • If the Grantors shall obtain rights to any new Trademarks or Trademark Licenses, the provisions of this Agreement shall automatically apply thereto.

  • Without limiting the Grantors’ obligations under this Section 4, the Grantors hereby authorize the Collateral Agent unilaterally to modify this Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new Trademark rights or Trademark Licenses of the Grantors.
