Outsourcing Supplier definition

Outsourcing Supplier means an entity to whom the Company outsources a function performed by Eligible Employees where the Company agrees with such entity in the outsourcing agreement that it will offer jobs to current Eligible Employees performing that function for the Company.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • outsourcing means an arrangement of any form between an insurance or reinsurance undertaking and a service provider, whether a supervised entity or not, by which that service provider performs a process, a service or an activity, whether directly or by sub-outsourcing, which would otherwise be performed by the insurance or reinsurance undertaking itself;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of the Framework;
