Order of Magnitude Documents definition

Order of Magnitude Documents means the drawings, specifications and other documents prepared for the Design/Builder by the Architect for the Owner's review and approval prior to the preparation of the Construction Documents, as more particularly specified in Exhibit J hereto. The Order of Magnitude Documents shall illustrate the scale and relationship of Project components, outline the nature and structural exterior and three dimensional scale of the Project and shall fix and describe in detail the configuration and character of the Project concerning all items of the Project necessary for the complete and final preparation of the Construction Documents in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including architectural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate.
Order of Magnitude Documents means the drawings, specifications and other documents prepared by the Design-Builder. The Order of Magnitude Documents shall illustrate the scale and relationship of Project components, outline the nature and structural exterior and three dimensional scale of the Project and shall fix and describe in detail the configuration and character of the Project concerning all items of the Project necessary for the complete and final preparation of the Release For Construction Documents in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including architectural, engineering, landscaping, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate.

Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

  • Order Book means the trading system or platform operated by BSEF in which all market participants in the trading system or platform have the ability to enter multiple bids and offers, observe or receive bids and offers entered by other market participants, and transact on such bids and offers. A Participant must indicate if a bid or offer posted on an Order Book is firm or indicative.
