Extras definition

Extras means items of works or materials not expressly or in the original Contract.
Extras or “extras” means those finishes, wall coverings, floor coverings, fixtures, appliances and/or upgrades or any of the foregoing not specified in any schedule of standard suite finishes or schedule of upgrades;

More Definitions of Extras

Extras means the extras listed in Appendix 1.
Extras means the chargeable extra items any Client can add to their Booking, (where available or applicable) such as costs for permission to bring pet dogs, costs for hiring additional towels or linen, costs of hiring additional accommodation space such as annexes or adjacent buildings, which do not constitute part of the Booking Accommodation but are available for hire at an additional cost. These costs will be communicated to you as part of the Booking process and within the Booking Request Reply and Payment Schedule where possible but may be communicated separately, particularly if added at a later stage;

Extras may include, but not be limited to, charges incurred in respect of: 2.12.1 any co-curricular activities (such as private music lessons or private sport tuition); 2.12.2 fees for extra tuition; 2.12.3 public examination fees; 2.12.4 house charges, clothing and equipment; 2.12.5 non-return of issued books, equipment and iPads 2.12.6 photographs or other items ordered by the Parents or the Student; 2.12.7 educational visits; 2.12.8 damage where the Student alone or with others has caused deliberate loss or damage to School property or the property of any other person (fair wear and tear excluded); and 2.12.9 bank charges arising from default in Fees payment or late payment charges if incurred.
Extras means pieces of work at regular pay that are less than a shift and include assignments to be available in case of breakdowns (‘standby’)
Extras means the items that have in accordance with this Agreement either been omitted from or are in addition to the Specifications;
