Optimisation Services means balancing service provided to the ESO (Electricity System Operator) and DNO which, should you elect to participate in, we will manage for you;

Examples of Optimisation Services in a sentence

  • Search Engine Optimisation Services including: Technical SEO site audits; External audits (inbound links and visibility); SEO management and optimisation; Local SEO management and optimisation; Outreach and citation campaigns; Google penalty assessment and recovery; External reviews management; Competitor analysis and profiling; and SEO training and consultancy.

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation Services including: Full website conversion optimisation testing; Tag implementation; 1 on 1 usability testing; A/B and multivariate testing; Research and recommendation reports; and CRO training and consultancy.

  • We will provide the Optimisation Services to you as specified in your Application and where applicable the related Service Support Schedule.

  • You acknowledge that our ability to deliver Optimisation Services and associated optimisation outcomes reporting will be subject to your accurate and timely provision of or facilitating access to the information, personnel and Sites reasonably requested by us, and that you will assign a suitably qualified and empowered manager to be our primary point of contact for delivery of Optimisation Services and to oversee and coordinate access to information, personnel and Sites.

  • You acknowledge that your acceptance of Proactive Price Reductions or Optimisation Services under a fixed length Agreement will trigger renewal of the Fixed Term in relation to any active Services, Software, Maintenance and/or Equipment benefiting from Proactive Price Reductions or Optimisation Services for the same duration as the initial Fixed Term from the Effective Gain Date.

  • We may vary any of the charges applicable to the Optimisation Services in accordance with Clauses 2.22, 3.4 or 3.5.

  • The charges applicable to the Optimisation Services are specified in the Application and where applicable the related Service Support Schedule and Clause 3.6 of this SFOA.
