Operations and Maintenance Manuals definition

Operations and Maintenance Manuals means manuals related to the operation and maintenance of the Facility.
Operations and Maintenance Manuals shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 15.6(a).
Operations and Maintenance Manuals means the operations and maintenance manuals described in Sections 30 and 31 of this Agreement;

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy.   • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.
