More Definitions of Operation, Maintenance and Replacement

Operation, Maintenance and Replacement costs" means all operation costs incurred by the Authority, including all energy costs incurred by the Authority for pumping raw water through the Project, for the maintenance and administration of the Project, and for any amounts that the State Water Commission determines are necessary to establish reserve funds to meet anticipated replacement costs and extraordinary maintenance of Project works.
