Maintenance and Replacement. An owner of rental housing assisted with HOME funds must maintain the premise in compliance with all applicable housing quality standards and local code requirements.

Concessionaire accepts the existing Fuel Service Equipment in an “as-is” condition as of the Transfer of Operations Date.
