Company Group. The Company and any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company designated from time to time by the Committee in its discretion. As of the Effective Date, the Company Group shall consist solely of the Company and Core Laboratories, Inc.
Company Group. “Company Group” means the Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
