Operating Disbursements definition

Operating Disbursements means those expenses included in the line items of the Budget under the category “Operating Disbursements”.
Operating Disbursements means disbursements other than disbursements on account of professional fees, deposits made to utilities pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court, checks outstanding on the Petition Date that are re-issued in accordance with an order of the Bankruptcy Court, adequate protection and fees paid to the Existing First Lien Lenders in accordance with the DIP Order, and interest and fees paid in accordance with this Agreement.
Operating Disbursements means the sum of all cash disbursements made by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during the relevant period of determination, as set forth on, and determined in a manner consistent with, the Approved Budget.
