Online Banking System definition

Online Banking System means the electronic system which permits the Services. On-us Entry means an Entry for which the account of the Receiver is domiciled at FGB.
Online Banking System. : means the system and equipment of the Bank (or such other service provider(s) as the Bank may, in its absolute discretion, nominate from time to time) for operating the Online Banking Service.
Online Banking System means the online system made available by us to provide the Services to you. - A “payment order” is a payment order as defined under Section 11103(a)(1), as amended or revised, of the California Commercial Code, and includes a Communication received by us instructing us to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a you, to a third party or to any other beneficiary. - Your “Security Codes” are the credentials (such as codes and passwords) that are associated with you and used by us to verify the authenticity of Communications from you. Security Codes are used to access Accounts and to use the Services. The Security Codes include any supplemental or alternative method used to verify the authenticity of Communications that may be offered or presented to you by us from time to time. - The “Service(s)” are the online banking interface and the banking services described in this Agreement.

  • You agree and acknowledge that traditional e-mail may not be secure, and therefore, you agree to send us e-mail communications only through the secure messaging service in the Online Banking System.

Online Banking System means the components that permit you to make or initiate Transactions through the Service including but not limited to telephone lines and equipment, Personal Computers (PCs), computer systems, Internet access and websites, bill payment center and the automated clearinghouse system.

  • Online Banking is the internet-based service providing access to your Bank account(s);

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Telephone Banking means banking services available from time to time by telephone;

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile Banking means the banking services accessible from the Device you have registered with us for Mobile Banking.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
