Offered Service definition

Offered Service means and includes: (a) any BA Offered Service; and (b) any AT&T Offered Service.
Offered Service means and includes: (a) any BA Offered Service; and (b) any Sprint Offered Service.

Examples of Offered Service in a sentence

  • Upon termination of an Offered Service, the Purchasing Party shall pay any applicable termination charges specified in this Agreement.

  • If a Termination Date Offered Service is terminated prior to the expiration of the Contract Period applicable to such Termination Date Offered Service, the Purchasing Party shall pay any termination charge provided for in this Agreement.

  • BA shall be responsible for and shall pay all charges for any AT&T Offered Service provided to BA (including, but not limited to, any AT&T Offered Service provided to BA for resale to BA’s Customers), if the AT&T Offered Service is ordered, activated or used by BA, BA’s Customer or another person.

  • The Providing Party shall notify the Purchasing Party of any termination of any Offered Service provided under this Agreement to the Purchasing Party when such termination is requested by the Providing Party or any third party.

  • BA shall be responsible for and shall pay all charges for any Sprint Offered Service provided to BA (including, but not limited to, any Sprint Offered Service provided to BA for resale to BA’s Customers), if the Sprint Offered Service is ordered, activated or used by BA, BA’s Customer or another person.

  • Upon an Offered Service Provider becoming a Continuing Service Provider, Seller may not involuntarily terminate (except for cause) its employment and/or contractor relationship, as applicable, with such Continuing Service Provider prior to the Closing Date.

  • With respect to any Offered Service Provider, Seller, at no cost or expense to it, shall reasonably assist Purchaser with its efforts to enter into an employment agreement or contractor arrangement with such Offered Service Provider, as applicable, as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement and in any event prior to the Closing Date.

  • Each Offered Service Provider who accepts such offer of employment or consulting relationship and executes an applicable Employment Agreement or Consulting Agreement shall be referred to as a “Transferred Service Provider”.

  • Except where the rates for a BA Offered Service are expressly provided in this Agreement, a BA Offered Service shall be available at (a) BA’s Commission approved rates, (b) in the absence of applicable BA Commission approved rates, BA’s Tariff or otherwise generally available rates, or, (c) in the absence of applicable BA Commission approved rates, applicable BA Tariff rates, and applicable otherwise generally available BA rates, at rates agreed to by the Parties in writing.

  • With respect to any Offered Service Provider, the Company, at no cost or expense to it, shall reasonably assist TheMaven with its efforts to enter into an employment agreement or contractor arrangement with such Offered Service Provider, as applicable, as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement and in any event prior to the Closing Date.

  • Covered service means a health care service provided to a
