Notice of Continuation/Conversion definition

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrower for the continuation or conversion of a Loan in the form of Exhibit 2.04. “Other Taxes” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b).

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrower for the continuation or conversion of a Loan in the form of Exhibit 2.05.

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrowers to continue an existing Eurodollar Loan to a new Interest Period or to convert a Eurodollar Loan to a Base Rate Loan or to convert a Base Rate Loan to a Eurodollar Loan, in the form of Exhibit 2.1(f).

• The Borrower shall give all such notices requesting the advance, continuation or conversion of a Borrowing to the Administrative Agent by telephone or telecopy (which notice shall be irrevocable once given and, if by telephone, shall be promptly confirmed in writing), substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (Notice of Borrowing) or Exhibit C (Notice of Continuation/Conversion), as applicable, or in such other form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

• Upon receipt of such notice, the Borrower may revoke any Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Continuation/Conversion then submitted by it.

• Any Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Continuation/Conversion shall be deemed to have been received when actually received.

More Definitions of Notice of Continuation/Conversion

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means the notice given by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent in respect of the conversion or continuation of an outstanding Borrowing as provided in Section 2.5(b).
