• Following the Restatement Date, whenever the Borrower desires that Lenders make a Term Loan (other than the Restatement Date Term Loan), the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent a fully executed and delivered Request for Loan (which shall specify the principal amount of the proposed Loan and the proposed date of such Loan, which must be a Business Day) no later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) at least 10 days in advance of the proposed Credit Date.
