New Equity Compensation Plan definition

New Equity Compensation Plan means the equity compensation of the Surviving Company to be conditionally approved and adopted by the Company Board prior to the Effective Time, with effect as of and from the Effective Time, on substantially the same terms as the Company’s 2016 Equity Compensation Plan with such changes as may be agreed between the Company and Parent prior to the Effective Time.
New Equity Compensation Plan means the equity compensation plan, substantially in the form of the equity compensation plan adopted by NorthStar subject to any amendments required to comply with the requirements of the TSXV, to be approved at the Baden Meeting “New Preferred Shares” the preferred shares of Baden which shall have substantially equivalent terms to the NorthStar Preferred Shares, to be approved at the Baden Meeting.
New Equity Compensation Plan means the new equity compensation plan of RCCC in such form attached as Exhibit B hereto, providing for the authority to issue equity awards for up to __% of the total issued and outstanding Common Stock immediately after the Closing.
