New D&B Business definition

New D&B Business means each and every business conducted at any time by the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation prior to the Effective Time, except an RHD Business.
New D&B Business means (i) the business of supplying business credit, marketing and purchasing information and services and receivable management services, as presently conducted by D&B Opco Inc. and the other Business Entities of New D&B Group, (ii) the businesses of the members of the New D&B Group, (iii) any other business conducted by the Corporation or any other Subsidiary of the Corporation primarily through the use of New D&B Assets and (iv) the business of Business Entities acquired or established by New D&B or any of its Subsidiaries after the date of this Agreement.
