New Application means a registration application that has been filed by an applicant who has never had an active registration.

If the Supplier fails to sign-off on the New Application within the 5 Business Day period referred to at Clause 4.1.2 a) or 4.1.2 b), then the Supplier Sign-Off Agreement will be deemed to have been issued by the Supplier for the relevant New Application.
