New Application definition

New Application means a registration application that has been filed by an applicant who has never had an active registration.
New Application means an application for an Iowa professional permit to carry weapons that is filed when the applicant does not currently hold an Iowa permit to carry weapons or when the applicant does not file the application at least 30 days prior to the expiration of a currently held Iowa permit to carry weapons.

More Definitions of New Application

New Application means a new application filed under section 8(3), 12(6) or 37(4) or as mentioned in section 15(9);

If not so qualified, they will be deemed “Additional Products”, as defined above. GPI will use Sun as the vendor of choice for New Applications of Product so long as the pricing and performance of the Product in the New Application is competitive; if not competitive, GPI shall have the right to source the Product for the New Application outside of this Agreement without penalty.
