Creation Application definition

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

Creation Application means, in respect of the Listed Class of Units, an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit Size in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and terms of the Trust Deed.

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Shares in an Application Share size in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Instrument.

• The program amount assigned to each fund as established by the Authority shall be divided into four categories: Joint Application, Job Creation Application, Economic Development Application, and EDA Infrastructure.

• To be effective, a Creation Application must comply with the requirements in respect of creation of Units set out in the Trust Deed, the Operating Guidelines and the relevant Participation Agreement and be accompanied by such certifications and legal opinions as the Trustee and/or the Manager may in their absolute discretion require.

Creation Application means, in respect of a Listed Class, an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Listed Class Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation of Units of a Sub-Fund in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the relevant procedures set out in the Trust Deed, and the relevant Participation Agreement.

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size in accordance with the relevant procedures set out in the Trust Deed and the Operating Guidelines.

Creation Application means, in respect of a Listed Class of Shares, an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Shares in an Application Share size in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Instrument.

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof or such other multiple of Units as may from time to time be determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to Participating Dealers) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

Creation Application means (a) an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation of Units in accordance with the relevant procedures set out in the Trust Deed, the relevant Participation Agreement and/or the Operating Guidelines (where applicable); or (b) an application by an Eligible Investor for the creation of Units in accordance with the relevant procedures determined by the Manager and set out in the Trust Deed, this Prospectus and/or the Operating Guidelines (where applicable);

Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer to the Registrar and the Manager for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in exchange for Index Securities and/or the cash equivalent of the Index Securities where applicable or other securities as may be approved by the Manager, constituting the Application Basket and any applicable Cash Component.
