FCC Applications definition

FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

FCC Applications has the meaning specified in Section 5.3(a).

FCC Applications means, collectively, each requisite application, petition, or other request filed or to be filed with the FCC in connection with the Restructuring Transactions or this Plan, including the applications filed with the FCC seeking consent to the Transfer of Control.

Examples of FCC Applications in a sentence

• The Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, shall diligently prosecute the FCC Applications and the PUC Applications, and shall promptly provide such additional documents or information requested by the FCC or any PUC in connection with the review of the foregoing.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Debtors will not request any waivers of the Communications Act or the FCC’s rules in or regarding the FCC Applications to accommodate separate media interests held by a Holder of a Claim independent of its interest in Reorganized Tribune.

• The FCC Applications and PUC Applications will be filed as soon as reasonably practicable after the filing of the Plan, with respect to the Restructuring Transactions contemplated by the Plan.

• The Debtors shall diligently prosecute the FCC Applications and shall promptly provide such additional documents or information requested by the FCC in connection with its review of the FCC Applications.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Debtors will not request any waivers of the Communications Act or the FCC’s rules in or regarding the FCC Applications to accommodate separate media interests held by a Creditor Proponent independent of its interest in Reorganized Tribune.

More Definitions of FCC Applications

FCC Applications means, collectively, each application filed with the FCC in connection with this Plan, including those filed in connection with the assignment and/or transfer of control of FCC Licenses from the Debtors to the Reorganized Debtors and any other FCC applications necessary to complete the Restructuring Transactions.

FCC Applications means the applications requesting the FCC's consent to the transfer of control or assignment of the FCC Licenses from Sellers to Purchaser.

FCC Applications means the requisite FCC applications to be filed in connection with this restructuring.

FCC Applications has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(c).
