FCC Applications definition

FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
FCC Applications has the meaning specified in Section 5.3(a).
FCC Applications means, collectively, each requisite application, petition, or other request filed or to be filed with the FCC in connection with the Restructuring Transactions and the Plan, including the applications filed with the FCC seeking FCC consent to the Transfer of Control.

Examples of FCC Applications in a sentence

  • The Debtors shall diligently prosecute the FCC Applications and shall promptly provide such additional documents or information requested by the FCC in connection with its review of the FCC Applications.

  • The FCC Applications and PUC Applications will be filed as soon as reasonably practicable after the filing of the Plan, with respect to the Restructuring Transactions contemplated by the Plan.

  • The Seller Parties, on the one hand, and the Buyer, on the other hand, shall bear the cost of FCC filing fees relating to the FCC Applications equally.

  • Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including the legal fees and disbursements of its counsel) in connection with the preparation of the portion of the FCC Applications to be prepared by it and in connection with the processing and defense of the application.

  • The parties agree that they will cooperate to amend the FCC Applications as may be necessary or required to obtain the timely grant of the FCC Consent.


More Definitions of FCC Applications

FCC Applications means the requisite FCC applications to be filed in connection with this restructuring.
FCC Applications means, collectively, each application filed with the FCC in connection with this Plan, including those filed in connection with the assignment and/or transfer of control of FCC Licenses from the Debtors to the Reorganized Debtors and any other FCC applications necessary to complete the Restructuring Transactions.
FCC Applications has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(c).
FCC Applications means the application or applications that Sellers and Buyers must file with the FCC requesting its consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses from Sellers to Buyers.
