Module E definition

Module E has the meaning set forth in the definition of Accredited Capacity.

Examples of Module E in a sentence

  • With regard to this article, in the case of Services falling under the Telecommunications Act, the conditions described in Module E apply.

  • The Contractor shall not withhold such consent unreasonably provided thatthe Employer has produced reasonable evidence that the assignee will fulfil the provisions of Option Module E (if applicable) in place of the Employer.

  • When the attestation of conformity of production is based on the surveillance procedures as in Annex IV - Module D - or Annex VII - Module E, the Applicant shall communicate to Intertek Italia all changes to the quality system of the production sites, before adopting them.

  • Seller shall collect data and perform tests and calculations in compliance with Module E of the MISO Tariff and MISO Business Practices Manual for Resource Adequacy, as they change from time to time.

Related to Module E

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
