NAESB WGQ Standards definition

NAESB WGQ Standards means any and all such standards, and references to the latest set of standards, issued by the NAESB WGQ and approved by the Commission.
NAESB WGQ Standards means those business and Electronic Communication standards promulgated by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant ("WGQ") of the North American Energy Standards Board ("NAESB") and adopted and codified by the Commission in Section 284.12 of its regulations.
NAESB WGQ Standards. – shall mean the Wholesale Gas Quadrant standards developed by the North American Energy Standards Board, or the wholesale natural gas standards developed by any successor consensus wholesale natural gas standards developer, as such standards are adopted by FERC and in effect from time to time.

More Definitions of NAESB WGQ Standards

NAESB WGQ Standards. – shall mean the business practices and electronic communication practices promulgated by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant ("WGQ") of the North American Energy Standards Board ("NAESB") and adopted and codified by the Commission in Section 284.10(b) of the Commission's Regulations. Unless otherwise stated, all NAESB WGQ Standards referenced by or incorporated into this Tariff are Version 1.7. Notwithstanding this Section 1.33, Transporter shall adhere to the NAESB WGQ Standards as modified by Order No. 717. The NAESB WGQ Standards listed below are hereby incorporated into this Tariff by reference:

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;

  • National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Pretreatment standards means all applicable Federal rules and regulations implementing Section 307 of the Act, as well as any nonconflicting State or local standards. In cases of conflicting standards or regulations, the more stringent thereof shall be applied.

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Standards means: any standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent bodies (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Supplier would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with; any standards detailed in the specification in Framework Schedule 1 (Digital Services) or Framework Schedule 6 (Standards and Security); any standards detailed by the Customer in this Contract or as agreed between the Parties from time to time; any relevant Government codes of practice and guidance applicable from time to time.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.
