Minimum Contract Term definition

Minimum Contract Term means the minimum period of service as specified in clause 11;
Minimum Contract Term means the minimum period of service as specified in clause 10;
Minimum Contract Term means the period stated as the minimum contract term in the Service Agreement.

  • Each Service Order shall be automatically renewed beyond its Minimum Contract Term on a month-to-month basis unless either party notifies the other party of its notice of non-renewal no less than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Minimum Contract Term.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company commits not to terminate for convenience during the Minimum Contract Term and any agreed renewal period.

  • Customer is required to commit to and shall pay for the Services for, at least the Minimum Contract Term specified in the Service Orders, any renewed period, notice period whether or not the Services are still being used by the Customer.

  • The early termination fee is an amount equal to the total amount of Fees that would have been payable by Customer for the Hardware and the associated Services specified in the Agreement for the remainder of the Minimum Contract Term had the Agreement not been terminated or had Customer not ceased renting the Hardware or accessing the Services (the Early Termination Fee).

  • If the Contract is terminated prior to expiry of the Minimum Contract Term then all equipment must be returned to us.

  • In the event that a NRES Connection (for the purpose of paragraph 1.8 , the “first NRES Connection”) is relocated to a different Non-Residential Premise after provisioning, the Tender Rebate shall continue to be applied to the relocated NRES Connection (which would be allocated a new ORI) until the end of the period that would have been the remainder of the Minimum Contract Term of the first NRES Connection.


More Definitions of Minimum Contract Term

Minimum Contract Term means the later of the minimum contract term set out in the Network Services Agreement or 24 months;

Related to Minimum Contract Term

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Project Term means the period from the Signature Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first;

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.
