Minimum Contract Term definition

Minimum Contract Term means the minimum period of service as specified in clause 10;
Minimum Contract Term means the minimum contract term that monthly payments will be collected by Direct Debit, as detailed on your plan certificate.
Minimum Contract Term means, subject to the terms of this agreement, a consecutive 12 month period commencing on the first day of your Subscription, unless otherwise set out in your Subscription.

Examples of Minimum Contract Term in a sentence

  • Once the Minimum Contract Term expires, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive 12 months periods (each a Renewal Term), unless, at least 30 days prior to the end of the Minimum Contract Term or current Renewal Term, either party gives the other written notice of intention not to renew the Agreement.

  • Each Service Order shall be automatically renewed beyond its Minimum Contract Term on a month-to-month basis unless either party notifies the other party of its notice of non-renewal no less than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Minimum Contract Term.

  • After the expiry of the Minimum Contract Term for each Service you can terminate your obligations under this agreement in relation to that Service by 30 days written notice.

  • The Minimum Contract Term will be calculated from the date of the original Subscription.

  • We may at our discretion reset the Minimum Contract Term from date of agreement to downgrade.

  • The time your Services are suspended will not be counted toward the Minimum Contract Term of your Subscription.

  • If there is no Minimum Contract Term applicable (for example if you have subscribed to the Freedom Pack), you can terminate this agreement by 30 days written notice to us.

  • In the event of any termination by the Customer of the Contract (in whole or in part), the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss including, but not limited to, all losses incurred by the Company as a result of the Customer terminating the Contract before the end of the Minimum Term or where the Contract has continued beyond the Minimum Contract Term before the end of the relevant notice period.

  • After the expiry of the Minimum Contract Term, the service will continue until terminated by either party giving the other not less than 90 days’ notice in writing.

  • In any event you must pay the Fees for all Services provided to you up to and including the date of termination or the Minimum Contract Term whichever is the later date.


More Definitions of Minimum Contract Term

Minimum Contract Term means the period specified in Schedule A Merchant Agreement in the Merchant Facility Application;

Minimum Contract Term means the initial minimum duration of the Agreement, as specified in the Order Form.

Related to Minimum Contract Term

  • Minimum Term means each minimum initial and subsequent period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, the initial period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed or if not stated on the Service Agreement or order schedules, the Minimum Term will be 12 months or such other period as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Normal weekly hours of work means the lesser of 40 hours or

  • Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
