Minimum Period of Service. 4.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for the Services is 12 continuous months (or such other period as may be agreed by us and stated in the application form) from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 5.1 below. Upon the expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, the Services will be renewed automatically for a further period equivalent to the Minimum Period of Service based on the same terms and conditions except for Charges, which shall be based on the then prevailing Charges, unless either party gives the other party 30 days' written notice of termination prior to the expiry of the then current period.
Minimum Period of Service. 3.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for the Services is 24 continuous months from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below where the Services are connected through NGN. If the Services are connected through other means, the Minimum Period of Service is 12 continuous months (or such other period as may be stated in the application form) from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. Upon expiry of the initial minimum Period of Service, the Services will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for the Services to be provided to Reseller shall be one year from the Service Commencement Date for each Circuit ordered by Reseller and installed by ART. Reseller shall have the option to request ART to redeploy the Link to any geographic area chosen by Reseller for which ART holds a license as a 38 GHz provider, provided: (i) Reseller pays all costs to ART, including, without limitation, a reasonable allocation of overhead, as determined by ART, and all charges to third parties associated with deinstallation and reinstallation of the Equipment at the new Link location ("REDEPLOYMENT"); (ii) the location chosen is completely suitable, in ART's sole discretion, for the provision of the Services under the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) Redeployment at the location chosen does not interfere, as determined by ART, with existing or planned services by ART.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for Spectrum Services to be provided to ISP shall be one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date for each Service Order that results in a Completion Notice.
Minimum Period of Service. 3.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for the Services is 24 continuous months per line/connection if the Services are connected through NGN, from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. If the Services are connected through other means, the Minimum Period of Service is 18 continuous months (or such other continuous period as may be stated in the application form and agreed by us in writing) per line/connection, from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. Upon the expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, the Service will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis unless either party gives the other party at least 90 days’ written notice of termination prior to the expiry of the then current period.
Minimum Period of Service. 2.5.1 The minimum period of service is one month, except as may be otherwise provided in this General Service Agreement. Customer must pay the rate determined pursuant to the Customer’s Agreement for the service to which Customer subscribes for the minimum period of serv- ice. If Customer disconnects service before the end of the minimum service period, Customer is responsible for paying the rate determined pur- suant to the Customer’s Agreement for the remainder of the minimum service period. When the service is moved within the same building, to another building on the same premises, or to a different premises entirely, the period of service at each location is accumulated to calculate whether Customer has met the minimum period of service obligation.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for Service to be provided to the Reseller shall be one year for each Link ordered and installed. The Reseller shall have the option to redeploy the Link to any geographic area chosen by it for which ART holds a license as a 38 GHz provider, provided: (i) the Reseller pays all costs to ART including a reasonable allocation of overhead and all charges to third parties associated with deinstallation and reinstallation of the Equipment at the Link ("Redeployment"); (ii) the location chosen is completely suitable for the provision of Service under the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) Redeployment at the location chosen does not interfere with existing or planned services by ART. The Reseller agrees that ART's conclusions with regard to conditions (ii) and (iii) in this Section 5.5 shall be deemed to be conclusive on the parties.
