Member Plan definition

Member Plan means a state-sponsored ABLE plan structured to comply with the ABLE Act and established and maintained by a Member State, the assets of which are held and accounted for by the Series of the relevant Member State with respect to such Member Plan, all pursuant to this Agreement. The name of each Member Plan is set opposite the name of the related Member State on Schedule I.
Member Plan means the Retirement Plan for Employees of Associated Grocers, Inc. and Member Corporations, in which the Company suspended benefit accruals as of March 16, 1988 and subsequently terminated its participation, and which still remains in force for several Member Corporations and their employees.
Member Plan means each Benefit Plan (other than the Company Plans) that is sponsored, maintained or contributed to as of the Closing Date by the Company or a Non- Company Affiliate and that covers the current or former directors, officers or employees of the Company.

  • A Regular Member Plan that operates as a “Hybrid Holding Company” is defined as an entity that assumes no underwriting risk and has either more than 1% of the consolidated enterprise assets (excludes investments in subsidiaries) or more than 5% of the consolidated enterprise net general and administrative expenses.

  • A Regular Member Plan that operates as a “Shell Holding Company” is defined as an entity that assumes no underwriting risk and has less than 1% of the consolidated enterprise assets (excludes investments in subsidiaries) and less than 5% of the consolidated enterprise net general and administrative expenses.

Related to Member Plan

  • BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained by, sponsored by or contributed to by, or obligated to be contributed to by any Parent Group Entity.

Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives.   • Single Employer Plan any Plan which is covered by Title IV of ERISA, but which is not a Multiemployer Plan.

  • Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan) subject to the provisions of Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code or Section 302 of ERISA, and in respect of which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is (or, if such plan were terminated, would under Section 4069 of ERISA be deemed to be) an “employer” as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
