Company Affiliate definition
Company Affiliate means any entity controlled by, in control of, or under common control with, the Company.
Company Affiliate means any Person that is (or at any relevant time was) under common control with the Company within the meaning of Sections 414(b), (c), (m) and (o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.
Company Affiliate has the meaning assigned in Section 5.14(a).

In the event that the Company effects the Financing through any Company Affiliate, the Company will cause any such Company Affiliate to execute and deliver to DBA Latam a written instrument pursuant to which such Company Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations of the Company under this Agreement as if it had executed this Agreement.
In addition, upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive agrees to return to the Company all documents of the Company and its Affiliates (and all copies thereof) and all other Company or Company Affiliate property that the Executive has in Executive’s possession, custody or control.
More Definitions of Company Affiliate
Company Affiliate means the Company’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or their respective successors (collectively, the "Company Affiliates" and each a “Company Affiliate”).
Company Affiliate means any Person under common control with any of the Acquired Corporations within the meaning of Section 414(b), Section 414(c), Section 414(m) or Section 414(o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.
Company Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Company, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise.
Company Affiliate means any employer which, at the time of reference, was, with the Company, a member of a controlled group of corporations or trades or businesses under common control, or a member of an affiliated service group, as determined under regulations issued by the Secretary under Code Sections 414(b), (c), (m) and 415(h) and any other entity required to be aggregated with the Company pursuant to regulations issued under Code Section 414(o).
Company Affiliate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Company Affiliate means and includes (i) EPCO Holdings, Inc., (ii) Enterprise Products GP, LLC, (iii) Enterprise Products OLPGP, Inc., (iv) Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (“EPD”), (v) EPE Holdings LLC, (vi) Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. (“EPE”), (vii) Enterprise Products Operating LLC, (viii) DEP Holdings LLC, (ix) Duncan Energy Partners L.P. (“DEP”), (x) the respective subsidiaries or affiliates of any of the foregoing entities, (xi) any other entity (A) which is controlled, directly or indirectly, individually, collectively or in any combination, by the Company or any of the foregoing entities or (B) in which any of the Company or any of the foregoing entities has a direct or indirect ownership interest, (xii) any other entity (a) which is controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Estate of Dan L. Duncan, Deceased, his spouse, his descendants or any trusts for any of their respective benefit, individually, collectively or in any combination, or (b) in which any of them has a direct or indirect ownership interest and (xiii) any predecessors, subsidiaries, related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, attorneys, employees, successors, or assigns of any of the foregoing.
Company Affiliate means PSI and each corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association or business entity of which a majority of the ownership interest thereof is at the time owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by PSI or one or more Subsidiaries of PSI or a combination thereof.
